I studied Operations and Business Logistics Engineering at the University of Panama and also completed technical studies in logistics. That gave me a rigorous foundation for examining how organizations work.
But some of the most valuable lessons came from working across financial services, property management, hospitality, executive support, the art business and unconventional ventures.
Each environment is different. My strength is getting up to speed quickly, asking the right questions, recognizing operational gaps and understanding how individual people actually work before proposing change.
The goal isn't a beautiful process diagram. It is an organization that executes with more confidence.
